Chamber Music Program
Misha Galaganov, Director
Students in existing string, woodwind, and brass quartets and quintets have access to the Youth Orchestra's library of music, and can enroll in in the Chamber Music Program (CMP), which will meet Sunday afternoons for professional coaching and practice. Those who are not currently playing in a group may enroll as well, and will be placed in groups based on performance level. Ensembles will have eight coachings per semester, perform a recital each semester and will have other performance opportunities. This program has been made possible through the generosity of Amateur Chamber Music Players and the Clinton B. Ford Fund of its ACMP Foundation, an organization that promotes activities for amateur musicians.
